PURPOSE: A solar cell module is provided to improve the photoelectric efficiency of a solar cell by forming the intrinsic silicon layer with amorphous silicon layers and fine crystalline silicon layers. CONSTITUTION: In a device, a solar cell(200) changes optical energy to electrical energy. A bias supply unit(110) supplies a reverse bias to the solar cell. An energy output unit(120) outputs the electrical energy generated from the solar cell. A switching unit(130) connects the solar cell and the bias supply unit. The switching unit connects the solar cell and energy output unit. A switching controller(140) controls operations of the switching unit. The switching unit includes the first semiconductor switch and the second semiconductor switch. The first semiconductor switch is formed between the solar cell and the bias supply unit. The second semiconductor switch is formed between the solar cell and the energy output unit. |
