PURPOSE: A prostate surgical device is provided to reduce rubbing between an insertion body and a urethra by discharging the gel through a plurality of gel outlet holes. CONSTITUTION: A first insertion unit(200) includes a first insertion body(201), a gel injection tube(203), and a water outlet tube(204). The first insertion body includes a first body and a first extension unit. The diameter of the first extension unit is smaller than the diameter of the first body. A gel outlet hole is formed in the first extension unit. A gel injection tube is formed in an upper side of the first body unit. A water outlet tube is formed in the lower part of the first body. A second insertion unit(300) includes a second insertion body(301) and a water injection tube(303). The second insertion body is inserted into the first insertion body. The second insertion body has a second body and a second extension unit. The diameter of the second body is smaller than the diameter of the first body. The diameter of the second extension unit is smaller than the diameter of the first extension unit. The water injection tube is formed in the upper side of the second body.
