PURPOSE: A strand connecting coupler is provided to locate connection axes of strands on the same axis line and to connect strands. CONSTITUTION: A strand connecting coupler comprises a wedge(2) covering the outside of ends of two strands(S1,S2), an anchorage(14) assembled to the outside of the wedge and provided with a male thread(12) on the outer circumference, and a connector(16) connecting anchorages fixed to the strands to make the strands connected with each other.
