PURPOSE: A method for preparing the sedum pickel, a method for preparing the sedum jangajji, and a sedum drink are provided to obtain various taste without maintaining the perfume and taste of sedum itself. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing the sedum pickel comprises the steps of putting the water-removed sedum 40~50 weight%, sugar 40~50 weight%, salt 1.5~2.5 weight%, cheongju 4.5~7.5 weight% and citric acid 1.5~2.5 weight% in a jar; and maturing it. The sedum jangajji is prepared by mixing the matured sedum with gochujang sauce. A sedum drink is prepared by mixing 50~70 wt% of the sedum extract and 30~50 wt% of water.
