PURPOSE:To improve durability and reduce the manufacturing cost by inputting the output of an electromagnetic induction type sensor for detecting the displacement generated between the spoke of a bending beam and an outer ring into a control circuit through a low pass filter. CONSTITUTION:When a steering wheel is operated, a bending beam 14 is deflected by the beam nipping tools 15A and 15B by the revolution torque applied on the outer rings 11B and 11C, and a displacement is generated between a transfer element 18 and a coil 19A in correspondence with the deflection quantity. The magnetic flux crossing the coil 19a is varied by this displacement, and the variation of the inductance corresponding to the displacement from a transfer projection is generated in the coil 19A. Since the displacement quantity is proportional to the steering farce of the outer rings 11B and 11C, the potential element output corresponding to the operating power for operating the outer rings 11B and 11C is obtained from a steering farce sensor 2. The detected output is introduced into an amplifying circuit, and the relatively high frequency is removed by a low pass filter, and the detection output is converted to the digital signal by an analogue-digital converter, and inputted into a program control circuit. |
