PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a drink by using deep sea water is provided to produce the drink which is hygienically safe. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a drink by using deep sea water comprises the steps of warming deep sea water at 20~30°C; pretreating the warmed deep sea water by using at least one process of sand filtration, precision filtration, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration; desalting the pretreated deep sea water by using at least one process of reverse osmosis filtration, electrodialysis, electrolytic extraction, freezing, evaporation, condensation or ion exchange process; treating it with alkali of pH 9-11; removing a boron compound by reverse osmosis filtration; adjusting pH to be 5.8~8.5; and supplying a mineral control agent to it for adjusting the hardness to be 30~500 mg/L so as to produce a drink.
