JACKET INSTALLING PROCESS OF JACKET FACILITY STRUCTURE USING R.C.D. REAMMING BIT FOR EXCAVATING ENLARGED HOLE IN THE EARTH

PURPOSE: An installation method of a jacket structure for industrial facilities using an RCD reaming bit is provided to install the jacket structure on the sea bottom or the river bed rapidly, safely, and efficiently. CONSTITUTION: An installation method of a jacket structure for industrial facilities using an RCD reaming bit is as follows. A mud mat is spread out on a location where a jacket is installed, and a ground leveling is performed by controlling the horizontality of the jacket. A grout bag is installed on the bottom part of a jacket leg. The jacket is fixed on the sea bottom or the river bed, and a workplace is created on the jacket, and then the bedrock of the sea bottom or the river bed is excavated by a steel pile. Reaming excavation is performed by protruding a reaming bit(8) attached on the side surface of the RCD reaming bit to the outside. A gap between pin piles fixed within a casing and the excavated surface is filled with grout. A gap between the pin piles and leg piles is filled with grout.
