PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing non-point pollutants using a microorganism contact material and a mesh net are provided to reduce an installation area by forming components into one body, and to increase solid-liquid separation efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for reducing non-point pollutants includes a main body(11), an adulteration separation bath(20), a microorganism contact bath(30), a solid-liquid separation bath(40), a filtering bath and an overflow pipe(60). A spiral flow guide plate makes spiral flow of initial rain water flowed into the adulteration separation bath. The microorganism contact bath includes a microorganism contact material(31) and an overflow pipe(34). The solid-liquid separation bath includes a plurality of solid-liquid separation plates(41). The -liquid separation plates are located between the overflow pipe and a water discharge path(62).
