PURPOSE: A portable terminal is provided to be electrically connected with a simple configuration by connecting a first circuit board and electronic parts through a second circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A first circuit board(118a) is combined with a main body. A second circuit board(118b) is combined with the main body in order to cover at least some part of the first circuit board. A middle connection terminal(152) contacting with a first connection terminal(151) is mounted in the surface of the first area of the second circuit board. A second connection terminal(153) electrically connected to the middle connection terminal is mounted in the surface of the second area of the second circuit board. At least some part of the electronic parts is contacted with the second connection terminal. The electronic parts are electrically connected to the first circuit board.
