PURPOSE: An instant functional food is provided to allow the food to be eaten conveniently anywhere and anytime by the convenient and simple process. CONSTITUTION: An instant functional food comprises a vacuum pack which contains broth or sauce; a vacuum pack which contains various kinds of noodles; and a vacuum pack which contains ice, wherein the three vacuum packs are put in one container so as to be packaged.
