POWDERED TEA USING FRUIT, LEAF OF HIPPOPHAE RHAMNIODES LINN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a powdered tea using the fruit and leaf of Hippophae rhamnoides, and the powdered tea prepared by the method are provided to allow the rich nutrient of Hippophae rhamnoides to be taken. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a powdered tea using the fruit and leaf of Hippophae rhamnoides comprises the steps of washing the frit of Hippophae rhamnoides; rapidly drying it so as to maintain the water content to be less than 15%; pulverizing it; mixing the fruit powder and a raw material; and packing the mixed powdered tea. The raw material is at least one selected from perfume, sweetening, herb, fruits, oriental herb, cereals or the processed product.
