The rotor has magnet wheels with a series of magnetic clamps (44a, 44b) extended along an axial direction of a section in a plane perpendicular to an axis that is trapezoid. A magnetic assembly (40) is arranged in interpolar gaps, respectively. The assembly has a ferrite material magnet (41). A total surface of the magnet is lower than a surface defined by a product of a radial face height (h) of the assembly turned towards magnetic clamps (44a), by a circumferential distance between the clamps in the interpolar gap.
