The device (10) has a horizontal support (11) carrying two blocking units (15) for blocking lining on the support. Support end pieces (20) are supported on a plane zone handled on internal surface of a rear panel. Support end pieces (25) are supported on another plane zone handled on external surface of the rear panel, where each of the end pieces (25) crosses the lining by an orifice. Locking end pieces (22) lock an upper edge of the rear panel in support on another upper edge of the lining. An independent claim is also included for a rear panel of a rear part of a casing in a motor vehicle, comprising a support tab.
