Posts and bars are made by recycling scrap tires that serve as shock absorbers and have elastic characteristics, where the posts and bars replace existing metallic posts and bars. The bars carry fluorescent or reflecting strips so as to be visible during night. The posts reinforce resistance of the bars against shock.</p>
