The present invention relates to novel pyrazole and benzoxazole-substituted pyridine derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, a preparation process for same, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating disorders involving aberrant cell proliferation containing the same as active ingredients. The present invention exhibits superior effects of inhibiting a wide variety of protein kinases, for example, c-Met, Ron, KDR, Lck, Flt1, Flt3, Tie2, TrkA, TrkB, b-Raf, Aurora-A and the like which are useful for treatment of disorders involving aberrant cell proliferation, and therefore can be valuably used for the prevention and treatment of disorders involving aberrant cell proliferation.
