<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight measuring device for accurately measuring the weight of a measuring object, a droplet discharge device, and a weight measuring method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This weight measuring device 25 measures the weight of functional fluids 38 arranged in pans 45. This device comprises individual windbreak covers 47 and overall windbreak cover 48 for covering the space over the pans 45, and the individual windbreak covers 47 and overall windbreak cover 48 have a cross wind preventing section 47a and cross wind preventing section 48a for blocking the air flow flowing from a side surface direction, respectively. This device comprises a windbreak cover driving device 28 for relatively moving the individual windbreak covers 47, overall windbreak cover 48, and pans 45 in the separating direction from each other.
