PURPOSE: A cargo screen for a vehicle and an installation structure thereof are provided to open the installed cargo screen easily by pushing a handle attached to a guide frame. CONSTITUTION: A cargo screen for a vehicle comprises a housing, a screen, a guide frame(130), a holding projection unit(140), a handle, and an elastic member(160). The screen is elastically rolled in the housing. The guide frame is horizontally fixed to the leading end of the screen. The holding projection unit with an external projection(141) is installed on either side of the guide frame to move in the longitudinal direction. The external projection includes a slope surface formed in the direction the screen is pulled out. The handle interlocks with the holding projection unit by moving in the direction perpendicular to the guide frame.
