<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternating current light emitting device capable of simultaneously emitting light from its whole light emitting area, and also to provide a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In this alternating current light emitting device, at least an alternating current micro-crystal particle light emitting module is formed on a substrate, and the micro-crystal particle light emitting module has at least two micro-crystal particles adjacent to each other, and each micro-crystal particle has at least two active layers and the active layers are electrically connected to each micro-crystal particle by conductive structures, so that the active layers of each micro-crystal particle emit light alternatively corresponding to the positive/negative wave of alternating power, and also the effect of simultaneously emitting light from its whole light emitting area is achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
