<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure, in management of a workflow, an evidence that approval of an operation constituting the workflow without electronic document is objectively performed by an appropriate person while making the person acknowledge the responsibility of this approval. <P>SOLUTION: A workflow server 2 stores workflow operation information 7 in which operation identification information identifying an operation constituting the workflow and acknowledger identification information identifying an acknowledger of the operation are associated with performance information showing the progress of the operation, and an authentication log record 8 in which the operation identification information identifying the operation of constituting the workflow and the acknowledger identification information identifying the acknowledger of the operation are associated with a time stamp.
