<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester enabling an assistant conveying device to be turned in the upper and lower direction by synchronizing with the upper and lower turning of a pre-treating part by a simple structure while preventing grain culms from dropping from the clearance between a grain culm-conveying device and the assistant conveying device caused at the upper or lower turning of the pre-treating part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The combine harvester 1 is equipped with the assistant conveying device 38 for delivering the grain culms conveyed from the grain culm-conveying device 30 to a threshing feed chain 40. The assistant conveying device 38 is integrally fixed and arranged at the terminal part of a transmission shaft case 20, and a driven sprocket is connected to a driven shaft in the transmission shaft case 20. As a result, the assistant conveying device 38 turns by using the driven sprocket as a turning axis so as to synchronize with the lifting and lowering movement of the pre-treating part 3.
