<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater takeout device capable of easily stopping the takeout of rainwater and of controlling the takeout amount of the rainwater according to the amount of rainfall when rainwater is taken out. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This rainwater takeout device includes a connection tube section 1 for connecting an upper vertical gutter 30 and a lower vertical gutter 40, a rainwater takeout tube section 2 which is arranged continuously and formed integrally with the connection tube section 1 and having an opening 4 at the upper end, and a detachable lid 5 for covering the opening 4 of the rainwater takeout tube section 2. The connection tube section 1 includes a reserved water bottom plate 8 which receives the rainwater flowing down from the upper vertical gutter 30 and flowing the rainwater to the rainwater takeout tube section 2. A filter 6 for filtrating the rainwater flowing from the connection tube section 1 thereto is detachably installed in the rainwater takeout tube section 2, and a rainwater takeout port 9 for taking out the filtrated rainwater extends to the bottom section of the device. A water stopping plate 7 for stopping the rainwater flowing from the connection tube section 1 to the rainwater takeout tube section 2 is vertically installed on the rainwater takeout tube section 2 from the bottom section inward on the connection tube section 1 side of the filter 6.
