<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk without trouble of attaching a number of chilly foot-protecting panels around a kneehole, which allows a user to use the desk without worry about chilly feet all year round. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The desk has the kneehole 2 surrounded at least by a right side face part 3, a left side face part 4, and a lower surface part 5 of a drawer. Flat plane-shaped chilly foot-protecting panels are permanently attached at least to the surfaces of the right side face part 3 and the left side face part 4.
