PURPOSE: A complex grounding facility is provided to obtain a stable resistance by forming a ground horizontal resistance and a ground vertical resistance at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A complex grounding facility includes a ground horizontal resistance(300), a ground vertical resistance(500), and a ground conductor(400). The ground horizontal resistance discharges the lightning by burying a ground electrode(310) in a first ground layer(100). The ground electrode is buried in the first ground layer with a radial or mesh type. The ground vertical resistance discharges the lightning by burying an electric bucket electrode(510) in a second ground layer(200). A conductive cage(520) surrounds the outer circumference of the electric bucket electrode. The ground conductor electrically connects the ground horizontal resistance and the ground vertical resistance.
