<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-accuracy and stable voltage measurement, even under the conditions where large vibrations are generated. <P>SOLUTION: An optical voltage sensor includes a polarization optical system 15, 16 which is vertical to the optical axis of light entering from a light source 12, is arranged with its center axis coincided with the optical axis L, and polarizes the entering light into a predetermined reference state, an electro-optical element 17 which is vertical to the optical axis, is arranged with its center axis coincided with the optical axis, and when a voltage being a measuring object is applied, polarizes the light polarized by the optical system 15, 16 in accordance with the applied voltage, and an optical analyzer 18 which is vertical to the optical axis, is arranged with its center axis coincided with the optical axis, detects the light polarized by the electro-optical element 17, and emits light to a detector 21 for converting an incident light signal into an electric signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
