<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection compression molding mold, an adjusting method of the same, and an injection compression molding system in order to reduce the height of burrs formed in a gap between blocks having relatively changed positions in the injection compression molding mold for compressing a molding material injected in a cavity formed between a fixed mold and a movable mold. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the injection compression molding mold 11 which compresses the molding material injected in the cavity 14 formed between the fixed mold 13 and the movable mold 12, a side surface forming block 19 capable of changing the relative position with respect to a core block 16 is provided through the gap 34 in at least cavity 14 side, and adjusted so that openings 29, 30 of the gap 34 may reach low temperatures with respect to the central part 22a of the core block 16.
