The present invention provides an optical film and a retardation film characterised in that it comprises an acrylic resin and, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the acrylic resin, between 20 and 65 parts by weight of at least two different graft copolymers comprising conjugated diene rubber, and in that the at least two different graft copolymers are of different particle sizes. The present invention also provides a production method therefor.
