A method for the intraoperative renoprotection in renal allografting comprises the infusion of 0.9% solution of sodium chloride until the central venous pressure of 10.0-12.0 mm Hg is attained, the prescription of saluretics, osmodiuretics, the blockers of calcium canals, dopamine. Prior to reperfusion, Alprostadil is administered into the renal artery of the allograft. |
