<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal head unit manufacturing method for positioning a radiator plate and a thermal head with high accuracy and laminating them, and a thermal head unit and a printing device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A contact part of the radiator plate 200 is brought into contact with a first positioning part of a jig 300 to position and fix the radiator plate 200 in a predetermined position on the jig 300. A contact part of a thermal head 100 is then brought into contact with a second positioning part of the jig 300. The thermal head 100 with an adhesive applied thereto is thereby positioned and fixed into a predetermined position of the radiator plate 200 fixed onto the jig 300 to laminate the radiator plate 200 and the thermal head 100. In the positioned state, a clearance that prevents an inflow adhesive from sticking to the second positioning part in the case of a part of the adhesive flowing in is provided between the second positioning part and the radiator plate 200.
