<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recall information notification system for reducing time and labor to survey presence/no presence of recall object facility equipment by a telephone or the like when recall is caused in the facility equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The recall information notification system is configured of: a first server 2 with a recall detection means; a plurality of second servers 5 connected to an internal network 4 and capable of communicating with the first server 2; and the facility equipment 6 and a display 7 being the constituent element of the internal network 4. The second server 5 includes: an acquisition means 8 for acquiring the facility equipment unique identifier of the facility equipment 6; and a storage means 9 for storing the information. When recall is detected by a recall detection means 3, the first server 2 performs multicast-communication of the recall information with the plurality of second servers 5, and the second server 5 retrieves the storage means 9 on the basis of the received recall information, and when there exists the facility equipment 6 as the object of recall in the internal network 4, the second server notifies the display 7 of the recall information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
