<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and easily producing an organic solvent-soluble zirconosiloxane which can be widely used for hybridization with an organic polymer and does not include a compound having an adverse effect on the performance of a resultant hybrid resin. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for producing an organic solvent-soluble zirconosiloxane includes adding an alkoxyzirconium compound (b) or a mixture (B) containing the alkoxyzirconium compound (b) and water or a mixture (C) of water and a water-soluble organic solvent to an alkoxysilane compound (a) or a mixture (A) containing the alkoxysilane compound (a), thus performing the partial co-hydrolysis condensation of the alkoxysilane compound (a) and the alkoxy zirconium compound (b).
