<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize clean energy of infinite rotation while stopping and applying a force. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a chain, etc., winded around a sun gear 5 of a fixed axle 1 is unwound clockwise to the opposite direction of a counterclockwise intersection, a distance of rotational kinetic energy is obtained. While the unwound chain is winded by a main shank end planet small gear, and while clockwise autorotation force is generated by a medium/small gear group which rotates clockwise around a planet sun gear fixed to a planet shaft, counterclockwise orbital force is generated to produce permanent autorotation/orbital moment energy.
