PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistaining cleanser containing a highly safe fat-decomposing enzyme and having the effect of cleansing an object and an antistaining effect without deactivating the activity of the enzyme. SOLUTION: The antistaining cleanser contains at least both of a fat-decomposing enzyme and a moisture absorbent. As moisture necessary for the activity of the enzyme is held by the moisture absorbent, the cleanser can decompose, in high efficiency, lipid components deposited as stains. Further, by being incorporated with a stabilizer improving the stabilization of the enzyme through binding thereto and the immobilization thereof on an object, an alkali agent neutralizing fatty acids produced in the process of decomposing fatty components, and a surfactant homogeneously dispersing such fatty components, this cleanser can improve its own antistaining and cleansing effects.
