FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: device contains bin with lubrication, mechanism of unit dose lubrication feeding, nozzle, connected to chamber of air blowing under pressure and to mechanism of unit dose lubrication feeding. Ability of sleeves treatment of different diametres is provided ensured by that device is outfitted by rest for sleeve with allowing vertical groove spring-load abutment, in which with ability of vertical movement it is installed nozzle. Mechanism of unit dose lubrication feeding is outfitted by revolution counter. Casing of mechanism and chamber of blowing off are mounted on bin co-axial with outlet opening of bin, and blowing chamber is connected to nozzle and pipeline of air feeding under pressure by resin member. Device for nozzle installation by vertical line is implemented in the form of mounted on rest slide block and screw fixing its position. ^ EFFECT: feeding into sleeve at manufacturing of seamless pipes of algoristic, depending on its diametre, amount of lubrication without lubrication losses. ^ 2 cl, 6 dwg |
