摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and characteristic control-enabled superconducting filter unit with a plurality of resonance purposes elements placed in multi-stage. SOLUTION: The superconducting filter unit includes: a plurality of resonance purposes elements (23a, 23b) having a superconducting resonant pattern (66) on a dielectric substrate; an input port (102) for supplying signals to the resonance purposes elements and an output port (103) for retrieving the signals from the resonance purposes elements; and substrate-like joint purposes elements (22a-22c) placed between the adjacent resonance purposes elements, between the resonance purposes element and the input port, or between the resonance purposes element and the output port.
