The fastener (10) has a turning knob (12) arranged at an end of a pivot in a rotationally fixed manner. The pivot is rotatably guided into a cylindrical guide sleeve and is held in a flap or door in a form-fit manner. A circular sealing disk (14) co-operates with the guide sleeve in a rotationally fixed manner. A closure element is arranged at the sealing disk, and a sealing opening (22) is provided at the closure element for sealing the fastener, and corresponds with another sealing opening (24) at the turning knob in its closing position.
