<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide machine-parts stably excellent in rolling fatigue life, composed of a steel obtained by improving the state of non-metallic inclusion and the basic phase in the steel even when the decrease and small size of the non-metallic inclusion are not attained in production of the steel. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing machine-parts excellent in rolling fatigue life is characterized in that in a method for manufacturing the machine-parts obtaining ≥58 HRC by using a method for treating the quenching and tempering to a part or the whole of the steel for machine structure, after the steel for machine structure is subjected to plastic-working in a process for obtaining a steel-shape or a process for obtaining machine-part shape thereafter, and before performing the quenching and tempering, a treatment for sticking the interface between the non-metallic inclusion contained in this steel and the steel as the basic phase, is executed by heating this steel to ≥800°C and giving hydrostatic pressure having ≥100 MPa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
