<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To devise the movement and opening attitude of an upper unit that clogs the opening part of the upper face of a lower unit. <P>SOLUTION: When an upper unit 3, capable of clogging the opening part 36 of the upper face of a lower unit 2, is moved in the horizontal direction to a prescribed direction to the lower unit 2, so as to expose the opening part 36, a pinion gear 52 is turnably, pivoted to a pair of brackets provided so as to project from the central part of both the sides along the moving direction in the bottom face of the upper unit 3; and the guide groove hole of a pair of guide rails 47, provided at the lower unit 2, is provided with a rack part with which the pinion gear 52 is engaged, while being turned. The pinion gear 52 of the upper unit 3 turns with respect to the upper part of the lower unit 2 in the moving edge part to the exposing direction, the part of the upper unit 3 projecting from the back edge of the lower unit 2 turns downwardly, and the opening part 36 is widely opened.
