TONER FOR ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE IMAGE DEVELOPMENT, DEVELOPER, CONTAINER CONTAINING TONER, PROCESS CARTRIDGE, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development, achieving both low temperature fixability and heat-resistant preservability, obtaining superior offset resistance and a stable high-gloss image without contaminating a developing device or the like.

SOLUTION: The toner T for electrostatic charge image development is granulated by emulsifying and/or dispersing an oil phase in an aqueous medium, the oil phase being prepared by dissolving and/or dispersing a toner composition containing at least a binder resin and a colorant, wherein the toner composition contains an encapsulated plasticizer. The toner is preferably granulated by emulsifying or dispersing an oil phase containing at least a binder resin and/or a binder resin precursor and a colorant in an aqueous medium. The binder resin preferably contains a polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of 40 to 80°C. The binder resin preferably contains a modified polyester resin.
