摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element in which there is no leakage of a liquid material and a short circuit current density is large. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element includes: a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer; and a functional layer between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer. In at least one or more layers selected from a group consisting of the first electrode layer, the second electrode layer, and the functional layer, a nano structure hollow carbon material is contained. The nano structure hollow carbon material is manufactured by a method including a first step of manufacturing metal nano particles, a second step of carrying out polymerization of a carbon material precursor in the presence of the metal nano particles, and forming a carbon material intermediate on a surface of the metal nano particles, a third step of forming the carbon material by carbonizing the carbon material intermediate and manufacturing a nano structure composite material, and a fourth step of removing the metal nano particles from the nano structure composite material and manufacturing the nano structure hollow carbon material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
