<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability by preventing infiltration of moisture or the like to a detection section, in a flow sensor having the detection section can detect the flow rate of fluid. <P>SOLUTION: In the flow sensor 10, the detection section 16 is disposed in a side surface of a body 14 formed in a cylindrical shape, and first and second passages 26 and 28 formed inside the body 14 communicate with an inlet passage 18 of the detection section 16 via first and second sensor passages 34 and 36. The first and second sensor passages 34 and 36 penetrate first and second projection sections 38 and 40, projecting in the radial inside direction at a predetermined height from the inner peripheral surface of the body 14, open, and communicate with the first and second passages 26 and 28. The fluid flowing from the first passage 26 to the first sensor passage 34 is guided to the inlet passage 18, the flow rate thereof is detected by the detection section 16, and then the fluid flows to the second passage 28 via the second sensor passage 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
