PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a battery lid part, in order to surely prevent rotation of terminals and packings, even when a strong torque is applied to the terminals, in a battery having a structure that a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal are both taken out from the battery lid via an insulator. SOLUTION: In the battery in which the battery lid is equipped with a plane part and a rising part in its surrounding and in which output terminals mounted on the plane part of the battery lid via the packings in an insulating state are equipped, a filling material is installed between the rising part of the battery lid and the packings.
