<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape or seal to be pasted to an eyelid, capable of being easily taken out of a package member, capable being smoothly released to be used without complicated work in releasing a mount and without accidentally bending or breaking the mount, and allowing a skin pasting material to be easily pasted to the eyelid in a short period of time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The adhesive tape or seal to be pasted to the eyelid comprises layers of a releasable mount 1, the double-sided skin pasting material 2 and a releasable mount 3. The length and width of the mount 3 are larger than those of the skin pasting material 2, and the length of the mount 3 is the same or shorter than the length of the mount 1.
