<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conveying equipment capable of automatically synchronizing an engine position of a self-traveling carriage with an engine mounting position of a vehicle body of a trolley device by a simple constitution. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A reflecting plate 58 for detecting advance and a reflecting plate 60 for detecting a delay provided in the trolley device 3 are detected by photoelectric switches 31 and 33 provided in the self-traveling carriage 15. When only the reflecting plate 58 is detected, the self-traveling carriage 15 is reduced in speed. When only the reflecting plate 60 is detected, the self-traveling carriage 15 is accelerated. By this, the self-traveling carriage 15 can be synchronized with the trolley device 3. At this time, the traveling speed of the trolley device 3 is measured, and the equipment can be simplified without the necessity of communication with the self-traveling carriage 15 and without the necessity of communication from the self-traveling carriage 15 to the trolley device 3.
