<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image merge processing method, image merge processing program, and image merge processing apparatus for projecting one still image or motion image on a screen of a recognition target or the like through projections by a plurality of projectors, and presenting a natural sight confirmation effect without distortion, with high luminance and without non-uniformity in color tone at a joint portion between the projections of the plurality of projectors. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The present invention is characterized in a technique with which information of projection images from projectors onto a screen is read and fed back to a computer, an image for adjustment with high recognition property in a mesh shape or the like is captured by providing an automatic calculation function for the amount of correction, by the computer, for an output image to the connected projectors, and joint portions of an overall target image are manually or automatically aligned.
