<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive shield member capable of immediately coping with a change by easily changing a shape so as to be matched with the shape and arrangement, etc., of a shield member attaching part around a noise generation source without the need of a die like a shield plate metal and providing a wiring pattern (signal pattern), and a shield structure using the shield member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The shield member S is composed by connecting a plurality of divided substrates 1, 2 and 3 where a planar pattern 5 is formed with a jumper line 4. For the shield structure, the shield member S is bent into an inverse U shape at the part of the jumper line 4 and arranged between a tuner loaded on the printed circuit board and a nearby shield box, the divided substrates 1 being a top plate is screwed to the shield box, and the lower end of the divided substrates 2 and 3 to be both side plates are inserted into the slit of the printed circuit board and soldered.
