PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for nonaqueous warm-feeling skin cleaning, which does not exhibit oily feeling in spite of being non-aqueous, has both feelings of an excellent sense of warmth during washing and a refreshing feeling after rinsing and is excellently washed off. SOLUTION: The composition for nonaqueous warm-feeling skin cleaning includes (A) a nonpolar oil, preferably a liquid paraffin and/or decamethylcyclopentanesiloxane, (B) a thermogenic agent, (C) hydroxystearic acid, (D) a nonionic surfactant and (E) a refrigerant.
