<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction apparatus and an electronic money charging method, wherein even when whether electronic money can be practically charged in an electronic medium or not is unidentified, consistency between the success or failure of the unidentified charge and account information can be taken in succeeding charge or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic medium identifier for specifying an electronic medium and electronic medium information including an electronic money balance amount usable by the electronic medium are acquired, a specification amount to be charged in the electronic medium as electronic money is input, the input specification amount is drawn from an account corresponding to the acquired electronic medium identifier, the drawn amount is charged in the electronic medium, and whether the drawn amount is charged in the electronic medium or not is confirmed. When the charge is not confirmed, unidentified information indicating whether the drawn amount is charged or not is unidentified is generated, and error information including the generated unidentified information, the acquired balance amount and the drawn amount is transmitted to an account management server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
