<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head locking device for a bicycle capable of forcibly unlocking a head lock, and easily changing an operation inner wire. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the head locking device for a bicycle, a lock gear of a constant torque rotation-supporting member fixed to a fork stem which is rotatably subjected to bearing by a head pipe is engaged with a lock bar arranged on the bearing side and reciprocated in relation to an operation unit of a rear wheel lock, and the fork stem is locked thereby. A recessed storage part is formed in a turning space of an interlocking lever formed at the other end of a rotation-interlocking body in a transmission lock mechanism housing for bearing the rotation-interlocking body having an output crank pin interlocked with the lock bar on one end, and a fitting screw hole corresponding to a fore end of the interlocking lever is opened in an inner bottom surface of the recessed storage part while communicating with a transmission wire fitting part integrally projected on a part below an outer bottom surface, and a hole for an operation bar is horizontally opened with an adequate space from the fitting screw hole.
