The circuit (LTS) has a primary path (PP), two secondary paths (SP), a capacitive element (KE) and an impedance matching circuit (IAS) that is connected to the secondary paths. The paths are galvanically separated. The secondary paths are electrically and conductively connected to an electrode (EL) of the element. The secondary paths are coupled to the primary path over each pair of coupled transmission channels (GUL). The circuit is realizable in a multi-layered high temperature co-fired ceramic substrate or a multi-layered low temperature co-fired ceramic substrate.
