发明名称 METHOD OF PRODUCING DYNAMICALLY SIMILAR MODEL OF AIRCRAFT BEARING SURFACE
摘要 FIELD: aircraft engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to aircraft engineering and can be used in analysing aeroelasticity on dynamically similar models of aircraft in altitude tunnels. Proposed method proceeds from fabricating load bearing set of plates, spars and rubs from polymer composite material, forming surface that acts as outer aerodynamic surface. Aforesaid load bearing set is made by moulding with the use of saddles. Forming surface consists of two parts, i.e. top and bottom, made by cutting, and is produced from foaming material with elasticity factor 104 times lower than that of load bearing set by filling material into mold. The latter features height 3 to 4 times higher than maximum height of outer aerodynamic surface. Minimum positive allowances are arranged between elements of load bearing set to be filled with the same polymer material the forming surface is made of. Note that surface top and bottom parts are glued to load bearing set in aforesaid mold. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of geometrical similarity and representation of mass-inertial and stiffness characteristics. ^ 6 dwg
